Krafft Garment Buttonhole KF-9820

This automatic, 2-thread buttonhole sewing machine features an energy-saving servo motor built into the machine head and stepper motors controlling the individual mechanisms. The machine sews buttonholes with or without a keyhole, with or without a cut before or after the hem, with or without a tacking bar, and with a cross-tacking bar.

Available subclasses:
KF-9820-01 – standard clothing buttonhole machine leaving a longer thread after cutting
KF-9820-02 – subclass for trousers and workwear leaving a short thread after cutting

Optionally, it is also possible to sew round buttonholes (only subclass KF-9820-01).

Key parameters, including buttonhole type and size, cutting method, and sewing speed, are programmed using a modern, easy-to-read control panel. Each buttonhole type can be individually programmed for its shape, width, cutting type, and more.
A cyclic sewing function allows for sewing multiple buttonholes without having to reposition the machine. Quickly changing buttonhole types without complex mechanical adjustments makes the machine ideal for short-run production with a high degree of pattern variation.

The design of the head body enables longitudinal sewing of holes on long elements.
