Automatic hot-melt tape cutting device with edge embedding. The machine is designed for straight or angled cutting. Cutting angle adjustment is accurate to within 1 degree. All parameters are entered via a clear control panel with an LCD display.

Possibility to set many cutting combinations:

bevel cutting from 0 to 45 degrees at the beginning and end of the cut element
bevel cut from 0 to 45 degrees at the beginning and straight cut at the end
Bevel cut from 0 to 45 degrees at the beginning and bevel cut from 0 to 60 degrees at the end
double-sided bevel cut from 0 to 30 degrees at the beginning and straight cut at the end
Designed for hot cutting of carrier tapes, webbing, Velcro, rubber, zipper tapes, and much more. The machine automatically measures and cuts pre-programmed lengths of tape, simultaneously sealing the edges. This is crucial when cutting materials prone to fraying (sealing the edges applies to synthetic materials, which are susceptible to melting at high temperatures).
It automatically stops when the tape runs out. This is an ideal machine for increasing efficiency and improving product quality while simultaneously saving labor, thanks to the machine’s high cutting accuracy and speed, as well as its easy control.
