With its strong top and bottom feed mechanism, the machine ensures the smooth feeding of hard-to-feed materials or multi – layered sections of materials to achieve consistent seam quality that is free from irregular stitch pitches. The automatic lubricating mechanism dramatically improves maintainability of the machine.

DU-1181N comes with 15mm lift of the presser foot, by the knee lifter, to support processes such as piping and tape-attaching and a horizontal-axis double-capacity hook to decrease the frequency of bobbin thread changing and increased efficiency.

A pump-unit type automatic lubricating mechanism dramatically improves maintainability. The oil amount in the face plate and hook is adjustable. The top feed mechanism employs a grease tank and oil wick lubrication mechanism.
