Jack A7-DH – Automatic 1-Needle Lockstitch Machine with Electronic Transport

The Jack A7-DH is an advanced 1-needle lockstitch machine designed for high efficiency and precision. Equipped with an energy-saving servo motor mounted directly on the main shaft (Direct Drive), it ensures quiet, stable operation and significantly reduces electricity consumption.

One of the key innovations of the A7 is the electronic transport system, controlled by stepper motors. This solution allows for precise tine movement programming, accurate stitch length adjustment (0.1 mm increments), and quieter operation during backtacking. An additional stepper motor manages stitch length and the locking function, ensuring both precision and durability.

The machine features automatic functions, including:

Thread trimming (improved system – only 3.5 mm thread ends left)

Needle positioning

Automatic bartacking

Automatic presser foot lifting

Sewing according to programmed sections

The closed lubrication system (without a traditional oil pan) protects against contamination, reduces oil usage, and ensures reliable lubrication of machine mechanisms.

The Jack A7 is also available in the “H” subclass, adapted for sewing heavier materials.
