The Jack A6F / A6F-H is a specialized automatic 1-needle lockstitch machine designed for medium and heavy materials. Featuring both needle-feed and drop-feed transport, it ensures smooth and even fabric movement, even when sewing thick or layered materials. The extended 30 cm distance between the body and the needle bar provides additional workspace, making the machine ideal for handling larger projects.

Equipped with a Direct Drive energy-saving servo motor integrated into the machine head, the A6F runs quietly, reliably, and consumes significantly less energy than traditional clutch motors. A closed lubrication system eliminates the need for a standard oil pan – reducing oil usage, improving lubrication efficiency, and protecting fabrics from contamination.

The machine also includes LED work area lighting and a USB port, enabling users to connect external devices such as a phone or small fan. In the E series, a stepper motor precisely controls stitch length and bartacking functions, ensuring high accuracy (up to 0.1 mm) and quieter operation during bartacking.
