A modern sewing machine designed for sewing belt loops on all types of clothing. The machine features a specially designed two-needle head, allowing for simultaneous sewing of a belt loop with two bartacks.
The automatic belt loop feeder simultaneously cuts the belt loop to a pre-programmed length and forms the desired hem. This significantly reduces the sewing time per belt loop. The operator’s work is limited to simply placing the garment in the machine’s work area. The machine also allows for securing belt loops using decorative bartacks.
All operating parameters are set on an easy-to-read LCD touchscreen control panel. Sewn-on belt loops can be cut straight or diagonally on both sides.
The machine is equipped with a system for detecting belt loop seams (bulges), which are automatically cut off and ejected from the work area. The machine requires a compressed air connection.

Yield: 180-200 pieces of trousers with 5 belt loops.
