KF-3900 Quilting Machine

Specialist quilting machine for pillows. The machine is equipped with a pneumatically lifted front part of the head to increase the clearance under the presser foot and needle bar. This solution allows for sewing very thick pillows (lifting height of the foot up to 11.7 cm).
A specially designed mounting mechanism for the presser foot made it possible to increase the working area. The distance from the needle to the machine body is as much as 28 cm. Electronic adjustment of the needle thread tension ensures the highest quality of stitching even on thick and fluffy pillows.
Energy-saving servo motor located in the head directly on the main shaft of the machine (Direct-Drive system). It is possible to design and sew decorative bartacks (specialized software for programming stitch patterns is required).
Compressed air connection required.
