Siruba DT828L-42-064M/C

The Siruba DT828L-42-064M/C is a specialized 2-needle lockstitch machine equipped with a dual needle-toothed feed system designed to sew light and medium-weight materials with high efficiency and comfort. Powered by a strong 750W Direct-Drive motor, this machine operates quietly while maintaining low energy consumption.

This model is the first in the Siruba 2-needle series to feature two stepper motors controlling fabric transport, thread trimming, and presser foot lifting. This innovative design ensures significantly quieter and smoother operation compared to traditional electromagnetic control systems.

To enhance user comfort, the machine is fitted with powerful LED work area lighting that allows 3-step brightness adjustment. The patented bi-directional stepper motor enables simultaneous control of thread trimming and presser foot lifting, improving sewing efficiency.

The new simple thread trimming mode provides better trimming performance and easier adjustment. Additionally, the enclosed lubrication mechanism minimizes the risk of fabric staining during sewing, increasing the machine’s reliability.

The user-friendly control panel allows quick and easy management of the machine’s automatic functions, as well as precise adjustment of stitch length and lockstitch parameters.

For models with needle-off function (-45 and -75 subclasses), needles can be disabled via buttons located next to the needle plate, allowing perfect corner stitching with programmable corner angles. Machines without split needle plates (-42 and -72 subclasses) feature stitch density buttons for 1/2 and 1/4 stitch increments.

The electronic stitch length control, powered by a stepper motor, guarantees ideal stitch settings even during backtacking and enables the use of programmable decorative stitches.
