We provide our Clients with full respect for their privacy and protection of their personal data.
We process personal data provided to us by Clients in a manner consistent with the scope of the consent granted by Clients and the requirements of the law, in particular in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended). We store Clients’ personal data on servers ensuring their full security. Only authorized employees of the Store have access to the database.

Each Client who has provided us with their personal data has full access to their data for the purpose of verification, modification or requesting their removal.

The Store does not transfer, sell or lend the collected personal data of Clients to third parties, unless this is done with the express consent or at the request of the Client or at the request of authorized state authorities under the law in connection with ongoing proceedings.

Our Store also uses so-called cookies. These files are saved on the Client’s computer by our server and provide statistical data on the Client’s activity in order to match our offer to their individual needs and tastes. The Client may disable the option of accepting cookies in their web browser at any time, although they must be aware that in some cases, disabling these files may impede the use of our Store’s offer.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that if we place links on our Store’s website leading to other websites that we do not administer, we cannot be responsible for the content of these websites or for the level of privacy protection implemented by the administrators of these websites. When deciding to go to such websites, the Client does so at their own risk. We also encourage you to familiarize yourself with the privacy policy implemented by these websites before the Client provides them with their personal data.

We send advertising and promotional materials to Clients only if they have given their consent to do so. This applies in particular to the newsletter sent to the Client if they confirm the link clearly indicated by us containing acceptance for receiving the newsletter about current promotions, discounts and new products in our Store. These materials only concern the offer of our Store.
